The draft review on the National Agreement on Closing the Gap (CTG) identifies the critical importance of solutions designed with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives and cultural knowledge in order to ‘overcome entrenched equality’.
This submission offers insights to a newly formed partnership between the Allies for Children and the First Nations Non-Government Organisation Alliance and the value of such partnerships in amplifying self-determination and shared decision making in the non-government sector specific to Target 12.
